Crunchyroll's ANIME Awards Winners (VIDEO)

Crunchyroll's second Anime Awards show took over the Montalban Theatre in Hollywood on Saturday night where the industry's voice actors mingled with content creators and even NFL athletes.

Anime of the Year   Made in Abyss

A total of 17 awards, ranging from Anime of the Year to Best Boy, were announced based on fan votes over the last few weeks.

My hero Academia Anime Awards

The night's biggest winner in sheer number of awards was studio Bones' My Hero Academia Season 2. The Shonen Jump anime about a class of high school superheroes in training won Best Action, Hero of the Year (Izuku "Deku" Midoriya), Best Villain (Stain), Best Girl (Ochaco Uraraka), Best Boy (Shoto Todoroki), Best Animation, and Best Opening ("Peace Sign" by Kenshi Yonezu).
