The official Japanese and English YouTube channels for the Monster Strike anime series began streaming a Golden Week special episode for the series on Wednesday titled A Rhapsody Called Lucy -The Very First Song - (Zenritsu no Lucifer: Tada Hitotsu no Hajimari no Uta).
The special features a different staff than the normal web anime series. Kazuya Sakamoto (She and Her Cat -Everything Flows-) directed the episode at LIDEN FILMS Kyoto Studio (She and Her Cat -Everything Flows- ) and XFLAG Pictures.
Teppei Sunamura was in charge of planning and the original draft, Haruka Sagawa served as character designer and chief animation director, and MONACA composed the music. Yoichi Kato handled the series composition and scenario.
